BANGKOK SIGHT SEERS

Bangkok is a city offering myriad sights to its visitors..the reason why I went there and try to see its pride...Bangkok is a shoppers paradise. You can also see the world’s largest Buddha made from solid gold. I'll be back there to feel the unique and wonderful blend of the east and west. This is the city where the two cultures live side by side, complementing each other.
Most of the Filipinos who are working in Bangkok itself never knew that there's a sightseers in the capital city.

MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THAILAND

Firstly when I arrived here in Thailand, I had thought long and hard that it would be so impossible for me to develop a sense of love and acceptance in a country I didn't wish for. But when I slowly started to adjust (except the language) and feel the simplicity of how God wanted me to begin my journey, seemingly everything fall in place.
For my eight months stay here in Thailand now, I've been to places around Thailand where the usual tourists love to stay. Been in Pattaya twice and dipped into the not so impressive seas. Was in Cha-am beach, famous floating market, giant pagoda, Bangkok & nearby places around my location with their pride tourist attractions. The blast-off one was spending my New Year's Eve up north of Thailand at Pai Maehongsong.
Among the places I've been to, Pai Maehongsong is my favorite place in Thailand to kick back and enjoy myself to. Pai is north of Thailand and a world away from busy Chiang Mai and Bangkok. It sits at the lap of a mountain range adjacent to the capital Maehongsong.
This not so sleepy town is home to some of the friendliest people in Thailand. I love the cool weather and the air is clean, the food traditionally simple and tasty, and the local shopping stalls are cheap and stylish.
It offers a lot to both local and foreign visitors who loves hiking, camping, and nature adventure. The place helps you to feel at ease and forget the problems you have left at home, or temporarily erased the burdens of work load.
It's easy to forget the lush style of the capial city Bangkok when you are almost completely close-off to the outside world of Pai.
Really, I am looking forward of visiting Pai soon when my budget, time permits me.

Tobias UNRIVALLED COLORED STYLE

Came across to a blogsite which I'd say another fave site to hang out to. Love visiting blogs that are filled with style and color. Found this blogsite while I was checking and updating myself on lookbook for a possible style that I could practically copy for a newlook and new atmosphere.
Among the Lookbook stylish that posted their own sense of style, Tobias simplicity tempted my eyes with a bright combination of his taste in selecting colored clothes. Well, I checked his profile at lookbook and found some of his fad collections.
His blogsite is filled of his pictures, showing the natural color brought with simplicity, that happens to be my style as well.
Herewith are among of his pictures that I grabbed, of course, I left a message of permission at his blog with the hope he reads it and allowing me to post his pictures here. Moreover, just as an adage goes: "Simplicity is Beauty".

IMMENSE STYLE of Ad Huang

Once again, I stumbled to Ad Huang's blogsite checking his latest style. I spotted an interesting fads that truly caught my fancy. Ad Huang's site is a house of style that you could select immense of styles from clothing to bags, shoes etc.
I thought of joining the Lookbook site which sending them my own taste of style but I felt a certain embarrased knowing that the members are literally young, as in young which none of them beyond the age of 30's.
Oh my,how could I afford to post my pics competing the young ones...I won't dare to do that..I just feast my eyes viewing their own sense of fashion instead.

REALITY BITES

I thought teaching abroad was easy as I expected. And I thought working abroad was normally easy as I expected too. Now my realizations proved me wrong.
Because of that, I am completely aware now of the severity life of an Overseas Contract Worker. As I always pronouncing it here in my blog, teaching in Thailand wasn't a dream come true nor a desire. However, it's a good starting point & training ground for a newbies like me while venturing myself of & for applying to another countries.
Last term (November 2009-March 2010) was mild and tolerant if I'd compare it this term. The situations's mixed up just as handling the lower levels weren't a sort of things to look forward to. If teaching the higher levels were pressured, the more stressful it becomes to teach the lower ones.
At the end of the day, I am really beat and lacking strenght to go on. My head's aching, my face is haggard & my vision is becoming hazy. Now as I may say it, reality bites.
My moods becoming hard and touchy, the worst would be the tendency of getting rough physically. I am struggling so much to hold back my temper and set the atmosphere into a haven of zest & environment that is conducived for learning. Back to the christian education principle I've had learned in school, the teacher must be the reflection of Christ's image, & I failed in that area. I really felt so sorry about the harshed reaction I made to my students and I think I am already losing my magic.
Well, that's teacher's life..from now on, I'll start the day with a big smile and totally forgetting the worse incidents as if nothing happens.
I know it isn't too late to make-up my mistakes and renew my teaching.

SPOILED PHOTOS

Sorry for the blog absent...really, blogging is my only way of expressing my inmost thought and everything.
Just found a new online friend coming from Australia and we exchanged mails through the click of a mouse. He shared his website to me and I found some funny and interesting pics that aches your abdomen to laugh.
Let me share some of them which some of it are quite not suitable for young ones or let say parental guidance , however, it isn't that sexually annoying. Now, indulge your eyes.
