Joy by Jean Patou – one of the most expensive perfumes in the world — is best loved for its extravagant fragrance;  Imelda Marcos is often said to have preferred using Jean Patou's Joy as her regular perfume.   Joy is famous for its opulent floral fragrance and is linked with extravagant lifestyles.   Despite having a selection of upscale fragrances, Joy is frequently cited as one of her preferred scents for everyday use.

Bangkok City - Thailand

I hadn't been to the capital city in years, possibly since 2019, to hear the noise and experience the hustle and bustle of Bangkok City, until my cousin and her American husband visited for five days.

Exploring Bangkok can be quite expensive, as every outing incurs significant costs, with prices markedly higher than those in my current location. Nevertheless, the bustling atmosphere and vibrant energy of the city can sometimes serve as a therapeutic contrast to the tranquility and serenity of a quieter setting.   

The quietness of the rural environment can become dull.   Occasionally, solitude can be alleviated by the sounds of urban life.   The hustle and bustle of the city serve as a distraction, redirecting thoughts away from deep contemplation on life's complexities.   

 I had a great time exploring Bangkok with my cousin, but my finances took a hit as the city was quite expensive which drained my monthly budget.   Regardless, Bangkok has always been a lively and appealing city in Southeast Asia.   

 

Hollywood Celebrities Fave Scents Part 6

A few years prior, Kim Kardashian shared with Women's Wear Daily. 

“Fragrance makes me feel confident and sexy. It's such a powerful thing. When I walk out of the house and I have a great fragrance on, it just makes me feel good and ready for the day.”

Kim enjoys perfumes with creamy, vanilla floral scents as well as warm fragrances with amber and musk notes. 

While exploring YouTube, I came across some channels that inspired me to think about certain celebrities and their choice of fragrances.   This gave me the idea to create a blog post so I can remember it for future reference when I have enough funds to purchase it.   I continuously wonder about the scents of celebrities and find them intriguing.   I'm sure many others also have this curiosity, especially when it comes to our favorite stars.   Without further ado, here are some celebrities I saw online sharing their favorite fragrances.   

 Vogue asked the well-known rapper Snoop Dogg to reveal the contents of his Olympic bag.   He graciously complied and shared details, including his preferred fragrance, which is the unisex Delina perfume.   

One of South Korea's highly sought-after male actors, Lee MinHo, has disclosed his preferred fragrance, which is also one of the renowned perfume lines available today. The actor's favorite scent is Kologne by the brand Killian.

Zayn Malik, the former member of the popular boy band One Direction, shared the contents of his Fendi bag when interviewed by British Vogue. Among the items revealed was a fragrance from the prestigious Creed brand, which is a favorite among classic Hollywood celebrities. Malik's choice of the Creed cologne aligns with the preferences of esteemed public figures, indicating his refined taste in grooming products. The scent is Viking by Creed.

Lastly, another renowned actor, Channing Tatum, is worth mentioning. He uses Versace Eros Energy, which appears to suit him remarkably well due to his impressive physique and handsome appearance. Although I have not had the opportunity to experience this fragrance myself, it is the first time I have encountered this new Versace scent.

Sabbath - Sundown Worship Surin Thailand

On a delightfully warm Sabbath afternoon, we assembled with the church members for our sundown worship service to conclude the Sabbath in a beautiful setting, outside of Surin's downtown.
Since the majority of afternoon Sabbath services were held in the church, we hardly ever had our outdoor Sabbath late-noon worship. 

Our first choice, a government-owned farm park, was pleasant, but as closing time drew near, we were asked to vacate. After that, we moved to a large lake area nearby that provided an incredible view.  

It was nice to have the opportunity to breathe out and worship God at the end of the day while admiring His creation. I would describe it as nature-tripping, and the sensation of inhaling every clean air that touches your face was extremely relieving and soothing. I was glad the church had thought of it, and the kids were happy to roam around without having to worry about us adults constantly guarding them.
